The Brief: Skills Audit
Kheta is currently conducting a skills audit for over 1000 people in the Business Banking division of the bank. The aim of this project is to support Nedbank to identify development gaps which align with the overall business strategy of the organisation. In addition there is a strong focus on the capacity development of managers in the business to identify the skills development needs of the incumbents.

Kheta is working with the Group HR Learning and Development Division of Nedbank to develop an overall Skills Development Strategy which covers all departments and business clusters in the business and incorporates the overall strategic imperatives for skills development. A number of projects are likely to flow from this project which will focus on course offerings, course development, assessments, learnerships, black economic empowerment initiatives etc.
